The Peony Cottage is fully heated throughout. There is a double bedroom, bathroom with a shower and toilet, lounge with settee, TV, DVD, radio, WIFI, selection of books, radio, dressing gowns, luxury towels, free toiletries and hairdryer.
Fully fitted kitchen with induction hob, microwave, electric oven, toaster, and cooking utensils. There is a breakfast bar to enjoy your fresh croissants and fresh coffee in the mornings. The Peony Cottage has its own private outside sitting area to relax and take in the views or al fresco dining. There is a BBQ as well and garden furniture.
As part of your welcome you will receive a free complimentary basket this will include tea, sugar, coffee and wine or cider.
Everyone staying can enjoy our private gardens and sit in our apple orchard, play games such as boules and badminton.
We have well stocked gardens of fresh herbs, fruit such as raspberry’s, apples, pears and rhubarb (if in season). If available you are welcome to pick and use these.

Chestnut House
Chestnut House is fully heated throughout, includes a wood burner and free large basket of wood. There are 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and toilet and the other with a roll top bath and toilet, lounge with settee, TV, DVD, radio, dining table, and fully fitted kitchen with utility room which includes a washing machine. Chestnut House has its own private outside sitting area to relax and take in the views. There is a BBQ as well and garden furniture.

How to Book

If available we will hold your reservation for a maximum of 7 days while waiting for your deposit. We will confirm your booking by telephone or email once we have received your deposit.
We will need the name and contact details for the principle member of the party plus the names and ages (if under 18), or other guests.
Please read our terms and conditions and if you agree with these please send us the 30% deposit of your holiday. By paying the deposit we presume you agree with our term and conditions. Any questions please phone or send an email.
How to Pay
Payments can be made either by bank transfer, euros or French bank cheque in euros.

Cancellations & Refunds
If you Cancel your Booking
If you, the client wish to cancel your booking we will require written confirmation (email is acceptable, but receipt must be confirmed by us). The cancellation takes effect from the day that the written confirmation is received. In the event that we can re-sell the full dates that you have cancelled then you will be refunded the monies paid minus 80 euros administration fee. The refund will be calculated based on the exchange rates at the time.
Cancellation Charges
30% of the total holiday cost. Where cancellation notice is received after the deposit has been paid and no less than 8 weeks prior to the booking start date.
100% of the total holiday cost. Where cancellation notice is received after the balance is due and / or been paid and less than 8 weeks to the booking start date.
